Bench service

Repotting & Substrate Refresh

Roots inspected and trimmed where needed, then moved into fresh, species-matched substrate for up to three plants.

A few questions people ask first

Do I need to already own a plant?+

Not for the consultation — many people book it before choosing anything. The other two services do assume you have plants or hardware already in place.

Can the consultation happen remotely?+

Yes — it runs equally well over video call or in person at our Sendagaya showroom, whichever suits you.

Is the auto-watering setup limited to certain plant types?+

It covers most potted houseplants and orchids up to twenty pots per visit; flow rates are set individually per pot type.

What if I am unsure which service to book?+
